  1. 1 litre full fat milk
  2. 1.5 tbsp basmati rice
  3. 2 tsp ghee
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

  8. 1/2 tbsp charoli

Steps to make Dudhpak / Rice Pudding

  1. Wash rice with water 2-3 times and soak it for 15 minutes. Strain and add ghee to it and keep it aside.
  2. Grease a heavy bottom pot with little ghee and add milk to it. Turn on the heat.
