  2. 2 whole eggs and one egg yolk

  4. 1/2 tsp custard powder
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps to make Caramel custard pudding

  1. Heat a pan. Add 250 ml milk, add half cup sugar and heat until sugar dissolves in the milk. Do not boil it. Add half tsp vanilla extract and turn of the gas. Keep aside and let it cool down.
  2. Heat another pan in the gas and add 1cup sugar. Cook the sugar until it turns into beautiful Caramel.
  3. Take a round mould and immediately pour the Caramel and spread it.
  4. When the milk cool down properly add 2 whole eggs and one egg yolk in the milk, add half tsp custard powder and mix it well. Strain it properly.
  5. Now, pour the milk over the Caramel set mould and steam it for at least 30mins.
  6. After 30 mins, turn off the gas and keep the Caramel custard for cool down.
  7. Once it comes to its room temperature chill it in fridge for at least 2 to 4 hours.
  8. Finally unmould the Caramel custard pudding and serve it.
